Brahmins Group is the parent company of three businesses – Brahmins Foods, Rytol, and Cafe Viktor. Located in Kerala, Brahmins Group has a wide audience both inside Kerala and outside of it, extending to countries like Dubai, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Singapore, Britain, Australia, Canada, the United States, Ireland, and New Zealand.
Starting with the vegetarian promise made in 1987, Brahmins Foods was guided by its passionate love for good, healthy, meat-free food. As a family-owned business, Brahmins Foods experimented with exotic Indian spices and today, the rich variety is trusted by kitchens home and abroad.
The company diversified in 2018, nurturing the passion our Executive Director, Sreenath Vishnu had for hand-crafted luxury pens. Rytol was the result. This hand-made uniquely-crafted luxury pen brand with customers across pen lovers, corporates and bureaucrats follows the simple motto of its spice branch – to build a solid personal touch with our customers.
This motto helped us in creating another brand for our customers, Cafe Viktor – our promise of a fresh new home-grown beverage for all coffee lovers.
All of Brahmins Group’s offerings are tied together with our promise of uncompromised quality and our personal stance with our customers.
To promote a better way of living for our customers by designing healthy products that establish a personal connection with them.
To create best quality products by being involved from creation to consumption, by maintaining high quality practices in every process we do and by setting up the best supply chain management systems.
“Preserving flavour while retaining natural value. This was our humble vision when we started 33 years ago. Now it has grown to include more than a hundred diverse food products in several million households.
And we are ecstatic that we have been able to expand our offering from a vegetarian promise to flavourful coffee and something as diverse as a beautifully turned pen.
What began in the humble kitchens of Kerala has now expanded to regions outside of India, bringing in innovation and customer satisfaction at every turn.
I am both honoured and humbled to guide Brahmins Group to ever greater heights, but being rooted in who we truly are."
"Shri. Vishnu Namboothiri is a visionary entrepreneur involved in business activities that contribute to making the society a healthier place to live in. He strongly believes that every business exists to serve a larger, more humanitarian goal in society. His areas of expertise range from strategic business planning and finance management to retail and branding."
One of the main forces behind Brahmins Foods, Sreenath Vishnu is a second generation entrepreneur and a post graduate in Business Administration from VTU. He joined Brahmins Foods in 2006 and through his leadership and support, along with the guidance of his father, Vishnu Namboothiri (who is the Founder), the company achieved tremendous success and growth.
Sreenath is also the Chairman of CII Kerala State Council (2020-21), Charter Member of TiE Kerala, and Member of Retailer’s Association of India.
Sreenath was also privileged to be a part of two presidential delegations – accompanying the Honourable Presidents of India, Sri Pranab Mukherjee in 2015 during the latter’s state visit to Sweden and Sri Ramnath Kovind in 2018 during the latter’s visit to the Republic of Greece.
Sreenath is also the Founder and CEO of Rytol, the brand of luxury pens from the Brahmins Group. His unique philosophy of writing as an ornament and his sheer passion for luxury pens led him through a journey to the UK, which culminated in the founding of Rytol.
Sreenath is now a member of the International Association of Penturners, an organization that recognizes pen-making as an art with unique and distinctive character.
Sreenath spends his free time with his wonderful family, Archana his wife, and their two daughters, Shivani and Manasi.
